Nishant Batra leads Product Area Network Infrastructure at Ericsson. He is responsible for the RBS products including radio, baseband, enclosures, power, RF and site products, as well as transport portfolio for mobile backhaul. Nishant joined Ericsson in 2006 and has since then been in different positions in USA, Sweden and India. Throughout his career, Nishant has worked with fixed and wireless technologies across different generations, and has held multi-functional roles in product management, sales, technology and general management. He holds multiple patents in wireless. He graduated with a MBA from INSEAD in 2006 and previously also received advanced post baccalaureate degrees in Wireless Telecommunications and Computer Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
